I’m down over 90 lbs and still eating all my favorite desserts!

My mother always told me, “Kelly, you can have dessert, or you can have the perfect figure, but you can’t have both.”
And since I always chose dessert…I blamed myself for ending up with a flabby arms, belly and wobbly thighs.
But here’s the odd thing: I’ve always had friends who are naturally slender even though they ate whatever they want.
Meanwhile, I WAS in pretty good shape back in college…but only because I worked out like a gym rat to make up for all the dessert.
Fast forward to me working a 9-5 job while raising two kids and a dog…and I just didn’t have that time in my schedule anymore.
It also didn’t help that the intimacy with my husband became nonexistent, leaving me even more desperate for nightly comfort foods that only made the problem worse. (Or so I thought…)
I was tired, dumpy, frumpy, and angry all the time…and that’s when I knew something needed to change.
And not only that — it had to be something realistic to MY schedule. I couldn’t just magically add more hours to the day…so I looked online for something faster and easier and will fit into my schedule
Then one night I had my “Eureka Moment” and stumbled across a video explaining the “Unusual Himalayan Ice Method” I use today.
